College student Laura-Lee Dyck, 20, lives in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, where cannabis is legal, but her elderly neighbour isnt so keen on having it near her house. One day in September 2022, the student heard something spraying and when she got her phone out, she realised that her neighbour was spraying Raid over her fence and directly into her bedroom whilst staring at her. This isnt the only time Laura-Lee has had issues with her neighbour, as she has also put up multiple signs around her fence stating that she was allergic to marijuana. Laura-Lee said: My neighbour was spraying Raid into my bedroom window thinking I wasnt looking and tried three times to get the spray into my room. I was shocked and confused, I recorded the video so I had evidence of what was going on. This isnt the first encounter Ive had with her as she chased my little brother with a bat and called me names through my window. She claims to be allergic to marijuana but when someone of legal age smokes it she runs over to yell at them. I informed the police but theyve told me to document anything else that happens. ENDS
