Jorja Creighton, 34, from Walcha, New South Wales, lives on a cattle farm called Yangoorah with her boyfriend and a bunch of animals. As Jorja went for a morning run with the couple's four pet Australian kelpies on April 27, she turned around to see Pamela running after them, not wanting to miss out. Chasing the four pups and Jorja, Pam followed the group at her own pace, emerging from the grass every time Jorja thought she had lost her. After two and a half kilometres, Jorja began walking the rest of the way so Pam could keep up. When they finally returned to the farm, Pam was treated to a large bowl of salad as her reward. Jorja said: "I often go running with my four working kelpies and my pet pig Pamela often tries to come with us too. "I went the back way on this particular run where there are holes in the fence line but she spotted us leaving and bolted as fast as her little legs can go to join us. "After two and a half kilometres, I couldn't see her but decided to turn back and see where she was. "She luckily finds it hard to be quiet and has no stealth mode so she emerged from the grass lands and joined us again fairly quickly and I treated her to salad when we got back. "I thought it was very funny but I was proud of her and felt great affection for her. She is a nice friend and both my partner and I really love her attitude. "This will be my second year living rurally and I have a lot of fun with all the animals. Pam and the dogs are great companions to what can be a very isolating life." ENDS
