Louann Fakoory, 40, from Port of Spain, Trinidad, decided to brighten up partygoers' evenings by drawing a hopscotch on the sidewalk next to her house, which is close to some popular restaurants and bars, in March 2022. Much to Louann's surprise, she captured some incredibly heartwarming footage on her CCTV of everyone stopping to play the playground game for a few minutes, taking turns in their groups or even having the courage to go it alone. Louann, who is a business owner, decided to share the footage online in hopes of putting a smile on even more people's faces, where it racked up over 60,000 likes - proving that we're all still little kids at heart. She said: "It was extremely heartwarming. "I live on a street close to a strip full of bars and restaurants so I get a lot of the walk-bys. "That night there was a football match so we had a lot of people passing up and down so it was the perfect time to set the hopscotch down. "People do similar things in other countries but our culture is a bit different so I wanted to see what people's reactions were. "I didn't think anyone would use it at first but everyone got involved - nobody could resist having a go on the hopscotch. It was so nice to watch. "As soon as I finished chalking it on the pavement, a lady came up to me and jumped straight into it. "A few people would do it, laugh about it and go back to do it again and a couple of groups of ladies even played for about five minutes. "I think it made people very nostalgic. It took them back to their school days and made them wonder when they actually last played a game like this. "I posted it online and the reaction was so positive because they were seeing other people enjoying themselves and being happy.
