• Summary Due to strong winds, a crane was spotted spinning out of control. The footage of the loose crane was captured by Michael Haas on April 8th in Miami, Florida. Michael stated how he was startled as he walked onto his balcony and spotted the crane. The hook was spinning around uncontrollably and at times hitting the crane’s railing. From his balcony, the large piece of machinery can be seen spinning in continuous circles, as strong winds battle Miami.
