Randy Walton was walking through San Pablo, California, when the suspect allegedly fled from police, causing them to release a K-9 on March 13th. The police officer was seen sitting over the suspect as the dog relentlessly pulled on the man’s arm with its teeth, causing the suspect to scream in pain. The dog continued to pull on the suspect, despite the laying on the floor and not resisting, causing Randy and other onlookers to demand that the officer remove the dog. Eventually, the officer removed the dog and appeared to speak over his radio while the alleged suspect lay with his hands behind his back. ARK Media has approached Contra Costa County Sheriff’s Office for a comment.
