- Title Mother Finds Huge King Cobra Snake Hiding Inside Home
- Summary This woman found a fully grown King Cobra snake, estimated to be four meters long, nested under a seat in her home. Despite living at her home in Koh Lanta, Thailand, for 15 years, Jessica Ryan Flores had never seen a King Cobra before, but had previously caught several Monocle Cobras. However, on February 15th, Jessica was forced call the local wildlife authorities to remove a King Cobra that snapped at her several times. Unfortunately, the only person who was able to hand-catch King Cobras was out of town, so the authorities were forced to use the stick and rope method, as this was the safest way, but it caused the snake to struggle. Thankfully, the snake was not harmed, and they managed to get the snake safely into a big rice bag before it was released into a protected wilderness area, far away from any residents.
