• Summary Skiers were left frozen in disbelief when a mother bear and her cubs suddenly crossed the slope, halting them mid-run as the wild animals passed just yards away. While on a ski lift in Truckee, California, on February 18th, Teerapat Mankong had an aerial view of three brown bears crossing the slopes. The three bears waded through the thick blanket of snow, whilst skiers were shocked by how close they came to the grizzlies. According to Teerapt, other skiers were yelling to warn others of the bears passing, but thankfully, the family walked by safely.
