Summary This passenger refused to move despite another man’s attempt to encourage him to sit somewhere else. While travelling through the Bronx, New York, on the MTA, Kevaughn Bennett watched as someone sat very close to another passenger on February 3rd. After the man sat next to the passenger wearing a plastic bag, the man wearing the bag attempted to cover his face to seemingly prompt the other passenger to move. He then appeared to make jerky movements and comments to the man in the hope that he would move, but he stayed firm in his seat.
