- Summary When temperatures dropped to -20°C on February 1st, Aliona Rakeliene attempted to make a dessert outside in Demene, Latvia. This group took a saucepan outside and placed it into the snow, creating a large well ready to make ice cream from scratch. They then poured their ingredients into the pot and began to quickly whisk them together. After Aliona felt the process was taking a while, they attached the whisk to a drill to thoroughly whip the ingredients. It eventually formed a thick ice cream and was ready to eat.
