- Summary This Shetland pony strangely kicked back repeatedly at their paddock mate of over ten years. Jaana Dige watched as the pony, named Echo, behaved strangely out of character and chased the horse around the paddock in Perth, Australia, on January 22nd. Echo had been the boss in the herd hierarchy but had never kicked and lashed out like this. As a result of the pony’s antics, the two animals were separated for both of their well-being.
