Summary During an event at a resort, a large bear was seen crossing the slopes not far from the finishing line, where kids were supposed to be skiing. On December 21st, at the Santa Slalom event at Lake Louise Ski Resort, Alberta, Allison Larouche was one of the few people who spotted a large grizzly bear near the finish line. As the event was for under-14s/16s, they frantically shouted in order to get a message back to the top to tell people not to send anyone down the slopes. Thankfully, the bear continued and returned into the woods and was not seen again after that.
