- Summary Drama unfolded at a McDonald's in Lutz, Florida, when an indignant customer refused to follow instructions from workers. On December 8th, Joshua Infante was on shift when a customer allegedly ordered fresh cook-to-order food but refused to wait in a parking spot to the side of the drive-thru. Joshua asked the customer politely if he could move out of the drive-thru so that other cars could approach the order window whilst they were preparing his order of two double cheeseburgers and a small fries. However, the customer was adamant that he would only wait for his food at the drive-thru window and not in the parking spot as per the worker’s request. Joshua expressed his frustration that he felt as if he was “arguing with the wall” as the customer disregarded everything he said. The situation resolved itself after the customer became so frustrated that he demanded a refund.
