According to Mikel, the policeman thought Mikel was racing another driver and tried to flee, but this was allegedly not the case. Mikel claims he was driving normally as the traffic light had turned green. After speaking to the officer calmly after the arrest, they allegedly realised it was a misunderstanding and uncuffed him. He then showed the officer the work he had done on the car. Mikel said: “I ended up receiving an Improper start of Vehicle ticket, 0 points and $200 fine."
