We couldn't deliver your parcel, so we're taking it to a nearby collection point. We'll let you know when and where to collect it.' However, Georgia was allegedly in her home as the delivery occurred, but claims to have not heard anything due to the quiet two knocks on her door. She has filed a complaint and allegedly received no response on the matter. Her parcel was later collected at a post office after waiting in a "huge line", and she had to take her kids to wait with her. An Australian Post employee has responded to the footage, stating, "We take our responsibility to deliver for the community and customers seriously and have strict protocols in place for the delivery of letters and parcels. Customers with concerns about their delivery are encouraged to contact us directly on 13 POST (13 7678) so we can investigate."
