On October 23, Ryan Miller was at home in Hastings, Michigan, when he captured his cat drinking from the decoration. The vase had allegedly been left out from the night before after they cleaned their baby in the bath. According to Ryan, he emptied the vase when his cat started growling at him. He filled the vase with water and put it on the floor when the cat began to happily drink away.
