After a tornado passed through northwest Houston on November 24th, Mark Herman, Harris County Constable Precinct 4, captured the devastating aftermath a tornado had caused to homes in the area. The footage shows damage to the structures of houses with roofs torn off and large debris scattered throughout the neighbourhood. Deputies, working alongside Fire, EMS, and partnering agencies, are actively conducting welfare checks, assessing structural damage, and searching for any additional injured residents.
