After the beautician lathered a thick layer of black dye onto her brows, which Chloe claimed was left on for 40 minutes, she became concerned about the outcome of the treatment.
When the beautician finally attempted to remove the dye, it would not come off.
Much to Chloe’s horror, the beautician allegedly then used an all-purpose carpet cleaner to try to remove the strong dye.
The beautician proceeded to wax Chloe’s eyebrows as she filmed herself, shocked by how her eyebrows looked.
But the damage had already been done, and Chloe left the department store extremely dissatisfied with her eyebrows.
