Summary Dashcam footage shows the shocking moment of impact when a loose tire flew across the Florida Turnpike and crashed directly into the windshield of Alexander Quintero’s vehicle. On November 8th in Miami, Alexander was driving home with his autistic son, who was sitting in the passenger seat, when the tire suddenly slammed into the windshield and shattered it. Alexander commented that there was glass everywhere and that his son, who also suffers from epilepsy, was terrified. Luckily, Alexander and his family all escaped without serious injuries, however he said he is still extremely shaken up from the event as it could have ended in a fatality.
