On October 21st, Karen’s daughter, who was dressed as a princess, spread joy amongst the elderly residents as they gave out candy to the young guests. Many of the nursing home residents complimented Karen’s daughter’s Halloween costume and were cheered by the presence of young kids with lots of energy. Karen said, “Nursing or retirement homes are sometimes forgotten about, and the residents don't get many visitors, so this event was special.”
