Some of the struggles depicted included security asking for her headphones to be removed for security checks and how she coped with noises. Alex said: “It was great to see so many people congratulate her and find a connection with what she went through. “However, the vast majority of the response was overwhelmingly negative to the point where we have now turned off comments on the video.”
