- Summary Evacuations from the Air Force and the US Coast Guard were captured after Typhoon Halong destroyed parts of Alaska. The footage was captured by Kristina Fox on October 12th, in Kipnuk, Alaska. An evacuation can be seen taking place, where a helicopter is lifting someone to safety from the destroyed area. Multiple clips show the helicopter being low to the ground, where the US Coast Guard were helping people whose homes had been destroyed. A clip from the evening also shows the water's depth and the destroyed homes around Kristina's. Kristina said, “ So traumatic reliving this heartbreaking time, we were crying, gathering what we could. "We were so scared preparing in case the house flooded, but thankfully it didn’t."
