- Summary A couple had a rude awakening when a 500lb+ bear was found inside the truck that they were sleeping in. The footage was taken by Brittney Cendejas on August 11th, at Twin Lakes Campground, California. Brittney and her boyfriend were woken up as the truck they were sleeping in shook, forcing them to exit out of fear. They found the 500+lb bear sat inside their truck eating their food. The bear was inside the truck for over an hour and a half, enjoying all the various food they had left inside. Brittney said, “We were terrified but also laughing because the bear was very uninterested in us and was chowing down on the food that we accidentally left in the back seat.” The pair left the campsite the next day and travelled to get the truck cleaned as the bear had left it in a bad way.
