• Title Beach House Washed Away By Waves During Hurricane Imelda
• Summary Bystanders watched on in shock as high tides and strong waves caused beach houses to crumble into the sea. On September 30th, Jayang Toft was on vacation in Buxton, North Carolina, when she heard a loud crash coming from the beach front. Upon inspection, Jayang saw one of the beach houses had collapsed into the water and was being washed away in the waves. As the waves continued to pull the fallen house, the home can be seen crashing into a neighbouring house as Jayang and others watched on.
