In Trenggalek, Indonesia, Arip Susanto noticed the stillness of the bird and took the opportunity to arrange small pieces of broken roof tiles and pebbles on the rooster’s head on March 8th. Arip said, “The sight evoked a range of impressions from amusement, surprise, confusion and admiration. "This peculiar arrangement created an absurd yet humorous atmosphere, as though the rooster were silently wearing a makeshift crown in his stillness.”
