Swansea Council have announced that the Cwmbwrla roundabout remains closed, advising people to plan their journey around the closure. Jade Brown said: “It took me nearly an hour to get to work today, which normally takes me 10 minutes!” The roundabout remains flooded today, as a yellow weather warning remains in place for Wales on September 15th.
