On June 25, Sam Beckman was walking through Westcliffe-On-Sea when the man sat down and quickly started arguing with Sam about wearing the flag. The situation escalated as the man became irate with Sam. When the woman the man was with tried to calm him, he appeared to shout at her to be quiet.
