Priscilla Wolcott, the Field Supervisor for Fresno Humane Animal Services in Fresno County, California, filmed herself discovering the poor pup left on the road. He was tied to a pole with a small bowl of water and a bed near the shelter. Priscilla picked him up and put him in the back of her car, and brought him to safety. He was then placed with a foster family while he got neutered and recovered, and was eventually adopted out to a family.
