On June 23, Natalie was at Denver Airport with her son when she captured the altercation. According to Natalie, the upset passenger started yelling and calling the workers liars while filming them on his phone. However, a fellow passenger stood up for the members of staff and asked the irate man to talk more politely to the attendants. The police were called and can be seen arresting the angry passenger before taking him away. Natalia said: “It made me proud that the man stuck up for the attendants, and I started recording it. “I guess it was just a good moment to shut that rude guy up, and in case those ladies who worked for Frontier needed it for their jobs.”
