The incident took place on August 1st at a crossing in Wola Filipowka, just outside Kraków, Poland. As the barriers lift up, the van can be seen driving onto the tracks and towards the exit. Upon reaching the other side, the barriers slowly close, causing the van to be trapped on the crossing. The driver of the train can be heard sounding their horn as the van frantically attempts to manoeuvre out of the way. The train collided with the van, causing extreme impact, turning the vehicle around and throwing it into a ditch. The driver of the van survived the crash and shockingly walked away uninjured.
