Tori shared the CCTV footage of the incident that was overlooking the car park in Chickasha, Oklahoma, on July 16. The wheel seemingly came out of nowhere, before blasting into the recording camera, with such speed that it altered the camera’s recording to include a pink hue. After bouncing off the lens, it dropped into the back of a blue vehicle and sat in the bed of the pickup.
