Katherine Espinoza filmed the mishap in Quirihue Región de Ñuble, Chile, on July 4th. Marcelo had added a rope to the back of the wagon to seemingly act as the brake, but the boy holding the rope was not able to keep up, leading the cart to go too fast. Katherine said, "The cart was made by the father, Marcelo, so the children could have fun during the afternoon.”
