Rab claims the manager then said to him, ‘My business, my rules,’ before walking away. Rab said: “This really annoyed me, and that’s when I decided to go to the complaints section and ask for a manager. “He apologised and took me with him, and knocked on the door where the same female popped her head out. “He explained something in the local language, and I could also sense he was mentioning social media in his conversation. “I was eventually allowed in, and when I entered this section, I saw the same tourist in there again, even though the manager had told me that she had decided to close the exhibition.”
