- Title Furious Bishop In Dressing Gown Interrupts Church Concert And Demands It Stops "Terrible Racket"
- Summary An angry bishop appeared on the stage to shut down a church concert whilst in his dressing gown. A member of the choir, who would like to remain unnamed, caught the bizarre incident on camera at St. Andrew’s Church in Holborn, London, on July 25th. He claims the Bishop of Fulham, Jonathan Baker, appeared on the stage barefoot and in his dressing gown mid-performance and demanded they turn off the music during their planned concert performance. The Bishop can be heard yelling at the choir and referring to it as a “terrible racket.” He demanded that the choir leave the stage and asked the audience to go home, stating, “You are in my house, can you leave it now please.” Despite the interruption, the choir began singing their planned encore, “Dancing Queen." The choir member said: "The venue had been booked until 11:00pm, yet this incident occurred at approximately 10:07pm. "While it is understood that the Bishop has since issued an apology, many choir members, musicians, and audience members have yet to receive it. "His actions caused considerable embarrassment to the performers in front of their friends, families, and the public."
