As the father was navigating around the floods, his son was following unbeknownst to him with a raging river running through the street. The boy slipped and fell into the river and was being swept away when the father reacted quickly and jumped into the water to retrieve him. The pair fell down a large dip in the water and were nearly swept away in the deep waters. But with the help of some additional bystanders, the pair were heaved out of the dangerous water.
