- Title Legoland Log Flume Breaks Down Leaving Rider In Firing Line Of Water Cannon For An Hour
- Summary A rider of a log flume in Legoland documented the hysterical mishap that occurred while stranded on the theme park attraction. Alyssa Smith was riding on the log flume at Legoland, Windsor, on June 22nd when suddenly the ride stopped and was not moving. Unfortunately for Alyssa and her family, including her 74-year-old father, they had stopped in front of an automated water cannon that kept firing water at them. With staff telling them they could not get off and unable to switch off the water cannon, Alyssa was left being drenched for nearly an hour. Alyssa attempted to use her rucksack as a shield; however, it provided little protection and her boat had filled halfway with water, making her extremely cold. Thankfully, Alyssa was able to see the funny side of it after she eventually left sopping wet and very cold.
