The footage was captured by Calvin Kirk on his descent to Manchester airport as his footage showed the Deansgate and Oxford Road area covered in smoke on June 23. Firefighters were called to the Hotspur Building at approximately 4:30pm as 100 emergency services personnel and two aerial units were called to the scene into the evening to battle the blaze.
