Whilst out with his family near Manatee River, in Florida, on June 22nd, Daniel Rouleau spotted a fully formed waterspout and pulled over so they could all get a better view. When they pulled over, they were shocked to see a second one forming near the original, leading Daniel to pull out his phone to record. Zooming into the waterspout, the movement and intricacies of the phenomenon are visible for brief moments. Daniel said: “Living in Florida almost my whole life, I have seen many waterspouts, but never one form, it was incredible!”
