The delivery driver could be seen getting closer to kitten, called Oopsie, as it was relaxing on the porch with a food and water bowl. She then picked up the family kitten and carried it back to her car before driving off. The family were due to celebrate their daughter's 2nd birthday next month, which was due to be a ‘kitty’ theme. Hannah said: “I have two young toddlers who are asking where “Oopsie” the kitty is.” “I am angry and also saddened, mostly because my kids are missing her.” A spokesperson for Amazon said, "When the customer reported this we apologized for this incident and began immediately looking into it. We identified the driver who later returned the kitten to Ms. Cunningham’s home. That driver is no longer delivering on behalf of Amazon."
