Liz Moody, from Atlanta, Georgia, was walking back to her front door when the man drove straight into the back of her parked car at 50mph. When she checked on the man, Liz spotted that he was sitting in the driver's seat naked. Once police arrived, the man was apprehended, however he resisted arrest and more officers were required to take him away.
