On his way back from the shops in Hilo, Hawaii, on May 25th, James Andrews saw some large clouds that appeared odd when he realised the volcano ‘Kilaeua’ had erupted. Finding a safe place to pull his car over, James got his phone out to record the impressive display as lava spewed hundreds of feet in the air, reaching higher than nearby trees.
