• Summary On May 17th, Kasey Evans filmed the butterfly that appeared during a family visit to the Herne Bay graveyard where her brother is buried. In the clip, the butterfly landed on Kasey’s mum and flapped its wings. Kasey’s daughter then tried to hold the butterfly but it flew out of her grasp and landed on her forehead instead. The little girl giggled and gently removed the butterfly from her head with her hands. Then the butterfly flew towards the gravestone and landed on the red roses that had been placed in commemoration of Kasey’s brother. Kasey’s brother passed away 17 years ago, so the butterfly visiting them on that specific day was an extraordinary coincidence. The family believed that the butterfly was a guardian angel watching over them.
