- Summary This woman was witness to a road rage incident, when one man appeared to try and attack a motorcyclist after a collision. Jennifer Soler Del Carmen from Dominican Republic, was in her car when she witnessed the incident take place on 17th May. The men could be seen arguing with each other before Jennifer saw the knife in the one man’s hand as he appeared to threaten the other. She made sure to keep a safe distance from the incident as it appeared to get more aggressive. Jennifer said: “People are acting very bad-tempered.”
