- Title Customer Claims She Was Racially Discriminated After Store Manager Suggests She Was A 'Threat'
- Summary A woman claims she experienced racism from a manager at an outdoor gear store. Kenya Hodges recorded her interaction with the worker at Jax Loveland West Outdoor Gear Farm and Ranch in Loveland, Colorado, on May 9th. In the clip, the manager claims Kenya was allegedly deemed ‘threatening’ by fellow shoppers for listening to music in her headphones and dancing along whilst shopping, as well as taking a photo in the store. The pair continued to argue and disagree with each other before the worker went on a rant about people "under the influence" coming into the store. Kenya said: "From the jest of the interaction, she said I was a threat because I was singing, dancing and talking on the phone, of which none of that is true other than I was dancing. "She said she was going to call the cops because she believed I was going to make a scene at the register. "I was just walking out of the store very peacefully and calmly and then everything transpired into something."
