- Title Resident Gets Revenge Over Parking Dispute
- Summary A resident decided to get revenge over a dispute about where he parks his motorcycles. Jose Rivera from Menifee, Riverside County, California, allegedly had one of his motorcycles stolen from his apartment complex in August 2024. So in order to prevent further theft, he parked his trio of motorcycles in one parking space next to his building. For six months, there was never an issue until recently, when he allegedly received a complaint from a building manager that the bikes are violating rules due to being in an open space for more than two days. He allegedly explained to the manager that three motorcycles in one space is better than three separate spaces, but Jose claims they insisted he had to move the bikes every two days so that it doesn’t look like his own personal space. So Jose now moves each bike into its own space. Jose said: “I told them that from that day forward, I'm moving each bike to their own spot and I'm going to be using that row. “So, each day my motorcycles leave the premises and when I come back, the same parking spots are open.” “Legally, they can't tow or complain now that my motorcycles don't move.”
