On March 7, Masey Bufton confronted a nail technician for a refund after she claimed they were not up to the standard she paid for in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire. According to Masey, the staff allegedly argued she should have been happy with her nails as they did a good job but they did offer her a refund. Masey said: “I advised I would pay what I thought they were worth and no more; this is when a woman worker got involved and started to raise their voice. “It makes me think they up the price on the spot because they hadn’t made enough that day.”
