Andres Camacho was passing by on the streets of Madrid when he noticed several women sitting down as hairdressers tending to their hair. The power outage struck the Iberian Peninsula on April 28, leaving all of Spain and Portugal without power. With no power, many businesses closed for the day but these hairdressers were determined not to disappoint their clients as they took their salon chairs outside. They were able to complete their appointments as the hairdressers chopped and applied dye to the customers in the middle of the street.
