Christopher Grohusko placed a mobile order to pick up at a local Burger King branch in El Paso, Texas, but when he arrived, the order allegedly hadn’t been made yet, so he sat down and waited. After allegedly waiting for five minutes with no order to be seen, Christopher went up to the counter to alert the employees and said the service he was experiencing was “poor”. The employees brought out a manager to help diffuse the situation, but one employee continued to argue back with Christopher. After the employee walked away, the manager can be seen agreeing to make the order, however, Christopher didn’t “trust the employees”, so he asked to cancel his order on the app.
