On January 18, Emma Rowlands watched her door camera to see the driver attempt his delivery at her house in Wrexham. The driver had allegedly blocked her husband's car from getting on their driveway as he tried to help by unlocking the door. However, the delivery driver refused to leave the package on the porch and stated they needed a picture with the open front door. When flagging he was in the way of them parking, the delivery driver threw the package to the floor before going to move his van. He then confronted Emma’s partner, where they had a heated discussion about the package. Emma said: “The DPD driver was impatient and didn’t want to move his van to let my husband in and throw the package on the ground, then moved his van back.” ARK Media has reached out to DPD for a comment.
