While driving through Chicago, Illinois, Jake Fleming captured the standoff on camera. After allegedly blocking a street off due to a parade, a couple of police officers could be seen moving fences to block a motorbike group from passing. As Jake got to the front, the police officer shoved a fence directly into his path. However, the woman on the back of his bike decided to take matters into her own hands and knocked the fence over, allowing Jake and others to pass. As they drove away from the scene, Jake nearly collided with another biker before they continued on their way.
