While on patrol, members of the Albany Police Force were in for a surprise when a dog snatched papers out of their hand. Standing at a gate getting the papers in order, the officer got a shock when a dog from the residency jumped up and grabbed the papers out of his hand. Looking at his colleague in amusement, the officer quickly quipped: “Consider that served”.
